I arrived in September 2018 on Phuket and moved into a condo in Kathu. My intentions to regular exercise were good but the flesh was weak. A motorbike and several bars in Kathu is not a good combination to keep in shape. Several times I met people who told me that there was a social running/walking event every week and occasionally more than one.
After the ten’s person, a co-student at the KPLS, was telling me about the Phuket Hash House Harriers and also because I could not see my feet anymore I decided to take action. Saturday 18 May I drove to the laager in the vicinity of Wat Chalong and was just in time to follow the group. It was a fun walk, tremendous heavy for a virgin like me. After the walk/run, there is the social part and I have to say that is also heavy.
